Dispatch

• All orders are dispatched from the Royal Gibraltar Post Office (affiliated with Royal Mail UK).
• Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation.

UK Delivery

• Once dispatched, UK delivery is estimated at a further 3–5 working days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or postal disruptions.

Gibraltar Delivery & Collection

• For Gibraltar customers, orders can be delivered locally or collected in person.
• To arrange local delivery or collection, please contact us at nakamapulls@gmail.com or via Instagram @nakamapulls.

Tracking & Notifications

• A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched (where available).
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s site.

Shipping Costs & Duties

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Any local taxes, duties, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your tracking shows a significant delay or no movement, contact us at nakamapulls@gmail.com and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or force majeure.
