Refund policy

Scope:

Due to the collectible and easily altered nature of trading card game (TCG) products, all TCG sales are final. This includes single cards, graded cards, sealed packs, sealed boxes, and any other second‑hand or collectible card merchandise. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for TCG products under any circumstances.

Sealed Product Handling:

If a sealed product is opened, resealed, or otherwise altered after purchase, its value is affected and we cannot accept it for return or refund.

Non‑TCG Products:

For non‑TCG items (accessories, apparel, supplies, etc.), we will assess return or refund requests on a case‑by‑case basis.

How to Request a Review (Non‑TCG or Exceptional Cases)

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at nakamapulls@gmail.com with:

Order number
Item(s) in question
Clear photos (if applicable)
Detailed description of the issue

We will review each request individually and respond with next steps. Approval, if granted, may result in exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping for Approved Returns

If a return is approved, customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Items must be returned in the condition they were received unless instructed otherwise.

Evidence & Fraud Prevention

Because TCG items are easily tampered with, we require clear evidence for any claim and reserve the right to deny requests where tampering is suspected.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay dispute resolution. We will cooperate with payment providers and provide transaction and shipping records as needed.
